Job summary

Four Hands is seeking a Quality Associate to ensure products meet our high standards before reaching customers. You will perform detailed inspections, document findings, and collaborate with teammates to resolve issues in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role operates 7AM-4PM, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed. Candidates should have at least 1 year in warehouse operations, a high school diploma, and basic computer literacy including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Steel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough product inspections, document findings, and capture photos using our warehouse management systems on computers and tablets.
• Identify and report product issues, such as splits, cracks, dents, finish flaws, color inconsistencies, material defects, and packaging problems.
• Utilize barcode scanners for accurate inventory management.
• Operate a variety of tools daily, including hand tools, power tools, touch-up materials, and packaging materials.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and, if trained, forklifts or pickers to move products.
• Unpack, rework, and repack products to their original condition as needed.
• Accurately identify items on all paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading.
• Assist with unloading and loading containers or trailers as required.
• Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications.
