Job summary

Four Hands is seeking a Quality Associate to ensure products meet high standards before reaching customers. You will conduct thorough inspections, document findings, and collaborate with team members to resolve issues. This role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and familiarity with warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Steel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough product inspections, document findings, and capture photos using warehouse management systems on computers and tablets.
• Identify and report product issues, such as splits, cracks, dents, finish flaws, color inconsistencies, material defects, and packaging problems.
• Utilize barcode scanners for accurate inventory management.
• Operate a variety of tools daily, including hand tools, power tools, touch-up materials, and packaging materials.
• Move products using hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts or pickers if trained.
• Unpack, rework, and repack products to their original condition as needed.
• Identify items on paperwork (orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, bills of lading).
• Assist with unloading and loading containers or trailers as required.

In this role, you’ll be performing detailed inspections and collaborating with team members to quickly resolve any product issues. Shift Time: 7AM - 4PM, Monday to Friday

In This Role

• Conduct thorough product inspections, document findings, and capture photos using our warehouse management systems on computers and tablets
• Identify and report product issues, such as splits, cracks, dents, finish flaws, color inconsistencies, material defects, and packaging problems

• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and, if trained, forklifts or pickers to move products
