ABB in Jonesboro, AR, is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to support the quality system and daily testing activities. You will perform inspections, containment, and calibration tasks to ensure products meet specifications and quality requirements.

You will also analyze plating solutions, coordinate external lab testing, and maintain accurate records to support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. This position is onsite with OT as needed.

• Must have strong understanding of quality systems and procedures.
• Experience with audits and containment activities.
• Ability to report quality KPIs and maintain process documentation.

Each day, you will support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit. You will also showcase your expertise by reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases and maintaining process documentation.The work model for the role is: Onsite, Jonesboro, ArkansasThis position works 10 hour shifts Monday - Thursday, with OT as needed to meet customer demand.You will be mainly accountable for:Product Quality & Inspection: Performs First Article Inspections, evaluates returned/RMA material, conducts internal stock checks, and supports containment activities to verify products meet established specifications and quality requirements.Process & Chemical Analysis: Performs routine laboratory analysis of plating and galvanizing solutions, records and evaluates results, communicates findings to Chemical Technicians, and coordinates external laboratory testing with chemical suppliers for comparison and verification.Measurement & Quality Systems Support: Supports the gauge calibration program, maintains accurate inspection and testing records, identifies out-of-tolerance conditions, and provides measurement and process data to support manufacturing quality, investigations, audits, and continuous improvement.Qualifications for the roleEducation RequiredHigh school diploma or GED. PreferredTechnical certificate, associate degree, or relevant coursework in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline.
