Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and frontline staff to identify performance gaps, prioritize opportunities, and develop action plans.
• Support organizational initiatives related to quality, patient safety, patient experience, operational efficiency, and enterprise priorities.
• Analyze and interpret clinical, operational, and regulatory data to identify trends and guide decision-making.
• Assist departments in developing meaningful metrics, monitoring performance, and establishing sustainable processes.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary workgroups and committees by coordinating meetings and tracking actions.
• Collaborate with quality, patient safety, and operational leaders to align improvement activities with priorities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards communicating project outcomes and performance.

Summary

The Quality Improvement Advisor serves as an internal facilitator, and improvement coach who partners with clinical and operational leaders to advance organizational goals related to quality, patient safety, patient experience, operational excellence, regulatory performance, and care transformation.

This position provides expertise in performance improvement methodologies, data interpretation, project facilitation, and change management to support multidisciplinary improvement initiatives across the organization. The advisor collaborates with leaders and frontline teams to identify opportunities, analyze processes, implement sustainable solutions, and evaluate outcomes. This role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities and instead emphasizes coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement across departments.
