• Assist crews with scaffolding, decking, safety rails, and other required safety equipment.
• Ensure crews follow required safety procedures.
• Document red tags and jobsite issues and coordinate or complete necessary corrections.
• Follow up to ensure issues are properly resolved and documented.
• Deliver materials to jobsites when needed and ensure crews have the materials required to complete the job.

DescriptionSeeking a **Bilingual Quality & Compliance Manager **to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high-quality standards. This is a hands-on field position focused on jobsite quality, safety compliance, construction practices, documentation, and employee training.

The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional with 5+ years of insulation industry experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example. Must be fluent in both Spanish and English, written and verbal.
