Job summary

You will abstract and review medical records, validate data, and develop dashboards and scorecards for leaders and frontline teams. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in healthcare data analytics, a Master’s preferred in a related field, and experience with EHRs, data aggregation tools, and Lean Six

Qualifications

• Clinical healthcare preferred with 4–5 years in hospital and/or ambulatory settings.
• Master's degree preferred in Business, Public Health, Health Care Management, Nursing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of and experience with Electronic Health Records.
• Knowledge of and experience with various data aggregation, analytical and report writing tools.
• Experience with databases, data analysis and performance improvement.
• Experience collating/normalizing data from disparate systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Outlook.
• Experience with performance improvement methodology including Lean Six Sigma with belt level certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and interpret dashboards, scorecards, and quality reports for leaders, clinicians, and frontline teams.
• Abstract and review medical records; collect and validate data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, variation, and opportunities for improvement and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Partner with operational leaders to implement sustainable quality and performance interventions.
• Ensure care delivery meets regulatory requirements and evidence‑based guidelines.
