EXL Health is seeking an experienced Outpatient Quality Analyst – QC Coder for a 100% remote role based in the U.S. You will serve as the quality gatekeeper for outpatient coding audits, validate coded data against medical documentation, and lead quality reviews to elevate team performance.

You’ll mentor colleagues, drive training initiatives, and participate in assessments during the interview process to ensure alignment with EXL’s gold standard for accuracy and continuous improvement.
