Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC in Minnesota is seeking a Senior QA Lead to plan and drive testing across complex initiatives. You will shape test strategies, coordinate functional, non-functional, regression, UI, and UAT activities, and ensure quality from design through delivery.

Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product owners to embed quality into every step, mentor automation specialists, and enforce regulatory and organizational standards while driving continuous QA improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software QA with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, especially in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with performance and security testing tools.
