Job summary

Microchip USA in Tampa, FL is seeking a motivated QA/Testing professional to join our in-office team. You will lead defect documentation, validate component authenticity, and ensure lab data quality.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold industry standards and timely order processing. Ideal candidates bring strong data management skills, lab testing experience, and knowledge of electronic assemblies.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• CRM Knowledge and pipeline organization.
• Lab Report analysis.
• Test Lab Experience, preferably at the electronic component level.
• Knowledge of Electronic Assemblies.
• Data Management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document product defects to ensure timely order processing
• Test and validate components for authenticity
• Review and verify test report data to ensure the quality and reliability of products.
• Monitor and track defects, work with clients, departments, and leadership to address lab report issues
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in QA testing procedures
• Keep track of client feedback and lab report data
• Make sure that industry and regulatory standards are adhered to and up to date
