Job summary

Microchip USA in Tampa, FL is seeking a QA professional to join our in-office team. You will support defect documentation, test components for authenticity, and ensure lab data quality while collaborating with cross-functional groups.

You will participate in continuous improvement of testing procedures, maintain accurate records, and contribute to timely order processing. The role emphasizes attention to detail, familiarity with electronics, Excel/CRM workflows, and adherence to industry

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document product defects to ensure timely order processing
• Test and validate components for authenticity
• Review and verify test report data to ensure the quality and reliability of products.
• Monitor and track defects, work with clients, departments, and leadership to address lab report issues
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in QA testing procedures
• Keep track of client feedback and lab report data
• Make sure that industry and regulatory standards are adhered toand up to date

What We’re Looking For

• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• CRM Knowledge and pipeline organization
• Test Lab Experience, preferably at the electronic component level
• Knowledge of Electronic Assemblies
