Qualifications

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain DOD security clearance.
• Onsite in Cambridge, MA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, develop and document process; identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the problem reporting process, enforce policy and track metrics.
• Develop and give presentations; update user guides and training materials.
• Coordinate and prepare presentations for internal risk reviews and track actions.
• Participate in internal/external quality and property audits; investigate issues.
• Interface with program managers on contract requirements and deliverables.
