Viacore Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Quality Analyst to join our operations team in West Des Moines, Iowa. You will oversee the materials testing laboratory, conduct tests on conveyor belt materials, and analyze results to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing and administrative processes.
• Create and update training materials that support operational consistency and best practices.
• Design and execute inspection and quality control programs for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products.
• Identify, document, and investigate quality non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions with key stakeholders.
• Analyze quality performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve operational effectiveness and product quality.
• Complete customer and regulatory compliance documentation, including PFAS, REACH, RoHS, and other applicable standards.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Safety, and other departments to ensure quality standards align with company objectives and industry best practices.
• Manage the day-to-day operation of the West Des Moines testing laboratory.
• Prepare and catalog testing samples from rubber conveyor belt materials.
• Conduct laboratory testing using specialized testing and measurement equipment.
• Accurately document, maintain, and report testing results.
• Serve as the company's primary contact for laboratory testing activities.
• Interpret testing data and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.

As a Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring product and operational quality through the development of quality standards, inspection programs, training materials, and process documentation. What You'll Do

Technical Skills

• Experience with Visio and NetSuite is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality inspection and measurement tools such as:
  • Calipers
  • Tape measures
  • Durometers
  • DIN abrasion testing equipment
  • Other laboratory and testing instruments

Training will be provided on company-specific testing procedures and equipment.
