This role is a unique startup opportunity to support both supplier quality and in-plant quality systems as we launch a new fabrication and assembly operation. As the plant grows, this position will evolve into a dedicated Supplier Quality Engineer or Plant Quality Engineer role based on individual strengths and business needs.

This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. Bachelors or better in Engineering or related field.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Understanding of GD&T, metrology, and inspection methods
Proficiency in root cause analysis tools (5 Why, 8D, A3)
Experience with supplier quality processes and problem solving
Strong knowledge of APQP tools (PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plans)
6–8+ years of experience in manufacturing quality and/or supplier quality
Familiarity with ISO/IATF quality standards
Experience launching new products or facilities
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
