• Participates in hospital-wide and department-specific Quality and Performance Improvement projects and programs.
• Identifies opportunities to use facility and industry data to support improvement projects.
• Employs Lean, Six Sigma and other evidence-based improvement methodologies to guide, measure and sustain quality improvement.

Job Summary

• Actively participate in hospital performance improvement and patient safety activities
• Determine the data/reporting needs of various hospital departments and PI committees and produce analyses to uncover inefficiencies and improve processes

Salary Range

USD $55,000.00 - USD $63,000.00 /Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
