Job description

Designation: IT Development Quality Analyst


We are looking for a Quality Analyst (QA) to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. Responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging, defining corrective actions, reviewing system requirements, and tracking quality assurance metrics. The ideal candidate will conduct tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly, meets client needs, and is cost-effective.


What You'll Do
  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define testing scope.
  2. Design, develop, and execute test cases based on requirement specifications.
  3. Identify and prioritize test conditions addressing product risks and features.
  4. Complete all testing levels such as System, Functional, Regression, Non-functional, Database, and API/Microservices testing.
  5. Develop and maintain automation scripts and regression test suites whenever possible.
  6. Find and track defects and inconsistencies in software, preparing detailed defect reports.
  7. Work closely with product development and testing teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  8. Provide ongoing support and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  9. Learn and implement quickly.

What You'll Need
  1. 3+ years of proven experience as a Quality Analyst, software tester, or similar role, with expertise in manual testing and automation, preferably with TESTIM and Selenium.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  4. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  5. Familiarity with core programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and OOP concepts.
  6. Knowledge of version control systems like GITHUB.
  7. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills with sound application logic building.
  9. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
