• Communicate issues to Group Leaders promptly.

• Ensure compliance with HACCP and quality systems.
• Follow GMPs and SOPs; communicate issues to leadership.

Second Shift (3 pm to 11 pm)

Your daily role:

• Adhere to all aspects of USDA and customer specifications. Review areas requiring improvement and/or retraining.
• Perform sanitation inspections.
• Conduct product samplings as required for raw materials and finished product.
• Complete paperwork associated with holds and releases.
• Responsible for following all of the facility HACCP plan and quality system procedures.
• Responsible for following Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures and quality system procedures.
• Communicates issues to Group Leaders in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the Quality Systems Group Leader and Quality Systems Manager.
