Maximus is currently seeking a Quality Analyst to support our Professional Services team. This is a remote opportunity. The Quality Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across the project. You will be responsible for quality analysis efforts on multiple applications, drive process improvements, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. You will conduct quality audits and reviews to help ensure quality processes and products are implemented. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver consulting project activities for various projects.
- Analyze complex data, identify patterns, recommend actions, and measure outcomes.
- Coordinate with technical staff to understand business requirements, specifications, and processes.
- Conduct market research and understand market trends.
- Create system functional specifications from business requirements.
- Interact with organization and client managers.
- Identify additional product and service opportunities within the customer organization.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience; experience with telecommunications and relay services is required.
- Knowledge of Public utilities and transportation regulatory policies.
- Understanding of principles and trends in public and business administration and management.
- Proficiency in American Sign Language is preferred.
- Experience working with the deaf and disabled community is required.
- Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.

Compensation is based on various factors including location, education, experience, work quality, travel requirements, market conditions, and internal pay structures. Salary range: $44,800 - $110,000 annually. Maximus complies with all regulatory wage and salary thresholds. Salary history is not considered in pay decisions.
