Maximus is currently seeking a Quality Analyst to support our Professional Services team. This is a remote opportunity. The Quality Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across the project. You will be responsible for quality analysis efforts on multiple applications, drive process improvements, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. You will conduct quality audits and reviews to help ensure quality processes and products are implemented. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver consulting project activities for various projects.
• Analyze complex data, identify patterns, recommend actions, and measure outcomes.
• Coordinate with technical staff to understand business requirements, specifications, and processes.
• Conduct market research and understand market trends.
• Create system functional specifications from business requirements.
• Interact with organization and client managers.
• Identify additional product and service opportunities within the customer organization.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience; experience with telecommunications and relay services is required.
• Knowledge of Public utilities and transportation regulatory policies.
• Understanding of principles and trends in public and business administration and management.
• Proficiency in American Sign Language is preferred.
• Experience working with the deaf and disabled community is required.
• Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.
