Qualifications

Description & Requirements Maximus is currently seeking a Quality Analyst to support our Professional Services team. This is a remote opportunity. The Quality Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across the project. You will be responsible for quality analysis efforts on multiple applications, drive process improvements, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. You will conduct quality audits and reviews to help ensure quality processes and products are implemented. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver consulting project activities for various projects.
  • Analyze complex data, identify patterns, recommend actions, and measure outcomes.
  • Coordinate with technical staff to understand business requirements, specifications, and processes.
  • Conduct market research and understand market trends.
  • Create system functional specifications from business requirements.
  • Interact with organization and client managers.
  • Perform cost and schedule monitoring.
  • Identify additional product and service opportunities in customer organizations.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • 2+ years of related experience with telecommunications and relay services.
  • Knowledge of Public utilities and transportation regulatory policy analysis and formulation.
  • Knowledge of principles, practices, and trends of public and business administration and management.
  • Other related certifications.
  • California residency preferred.
  • Proficient with American Sign Language preferred.
  • Experience working with the deaf and disabled community required.
  • Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.
Home Office Requirements
  • Connectivity to the internet via Wi-Fi or Category 5/6 Ethernet cable.
