Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a 1st shift Quality Administrator (Salary Grade 2) for the Howmet Research Center in Whitehall, MI. This full-time on-site role focuses on maintaining quality systems, audits, data reporting, and process improvement across lab and production support.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma, two years of administrative experience, and the ability to work with quality software and standard documents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years’ of administrative experience
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• HRC Quality Responsibilities: Maintain audit schedules, lead internal audits, ensure quality system compliance, monitor corrective actions and report in quality software.
• Conduct lab testing rounds, distribute samples, collect data, analyze and report results.
• Prepare and participate in 3rd party and customer audits and lead audits as required.
• Track annual vision testing and assist with document control and change management processes.
• Complete and present Monthly Quality report and metrics; assist with procurement and training records.
