Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience conducting qualitative research with human-computer interaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Direct exploration on product aspects and gather/interpret user behavior through interviews and ethnography.
• Convey research discoveries to cross-functional teams to influence decisions.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and product management to inform product strategy.
• Plan and lead qualitative research studies with diverse methodologies.
