Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience advising on 401(k) or 403(b) plans.
• Preferred designations: AIF, CRPS, QKA, QPFC.
• Current Series 7, 66, or ability to obtain licenses shortly after joining.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the retirement plan services division.
• Build connections with plan sponsors and decision-makers.
• Guide on plan design and compliance.
• Lead the RFP process and maintain required licenses.
