Easterseals PORT Health in Morehead City, NC seeks a full-time Qualified Professional for Peer Support Services. You will conduct screenings, assessments, treatment planning, counseling and crisis stabilization for adults receiving outpatient mental health and substance use treatment.

Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop person-centered plans, facilitate group services, and coordinate referrals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from a USDOE/CHEA/CACREP-accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with the supported population.
• Must have received MH or SA services previously.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Valid, unrestricted NC driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance.
• Proficiency with EHR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Screening, evaluations, diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.
• Provide counseling, psychotherapy, and crisis stabilization.
• Coordinate referrals and community resources for clients.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff and partners to support progress.
