New Era Entities is seeking a qualified QMHP to deliver strengths-based training and interventions using an evidence-based curriculum. The role supports adults and children and works with a QMHP Supervisor to implement service plans tailored to family needs.
The position includes crisis intervention, case management, and coordination of care with various agencies. Candidates should demonstrate effective listening, empathy, and professional communication in a fast-paced environment.
As a QMHP, you will be responsible for providing strengths-based training utilizing an evidence-based curriculum that will help develop and build skills that will help the adult or child have a more successful existence. The QMHP will work with their QMHP Supervisor to provide the following services: Skill Training & Development, Medication Training & Support Services and Crisis Intervention Services. The QMHP will implement the Service/Treatment Plan that is focused on the adult or child and family needs and recognizing their strengths.
