Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field.
• One year experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, or substance abuse.
• QMHP-C or QMHP-A Required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable DMV.

Responsibilities

• Provide consumer assessments, including determination of initial services for priority populations.
• Schedule services.
• Linkage/referrals to other service providers.
• Provide counseling, plan, develop, coordinate, consult, and implement services.

Skills

Experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities

Experience with mental illness

Experience with substance abuse

QMHP-C or QMHP-A certification

Valid Driver's License
