Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Qualified Mental Health Professional at Dixon Correctional Center in Dixon, Illinois. You will provide comprehensive mental health care in a correctional setting, including intake, assessments, crisis intervention, and therapy.

You will collaborat e with a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor treatment plans and perform case management as needed. A Master’s degree and active IL licensure are required; two years of direct care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active IL license: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC or LSW.
• Minimum two years’ direct care experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background investigation and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake and assessments for inmates.
• Deliver crisis intervention and individual/group therapy.
• Develop treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Consult with a multidisciplinary team and perform case management.
