Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a QMHP to provide comprehensive mental health care to patients in a correctional setting, including intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and therapy. You will consult with a multi-disciplinary team, perform case management, and deliver individual and group therapy.

The role requires a Master’s degree and active Illinois licensure (LCPC/LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LSW), CPR/AED, and background clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited program.
• Active independent mental health license in Illinois: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC or LSW required.
• CPR/AED certification must be current.
• Minimum of two years' experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental health care to patients in a correctional setting, including intake and assessments.
• Offer crisis intervention, treatment planning, and case management.
• Conduct individual and group therapy and consult with a multi-disciplinary team.

Annual Salary for LCPC, LCSW, LMFT / $91,500.00

Annual Salary for LPC, LSW / $79,000.00

The QMHP provides comprehensive mental health care to patients in a correctional setting, including intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, consulting with a multi-disciplinary team, case management, and providing individual and group therapy. Performs all duties as assigned by leadership and as directed by Centurion policy and procedure, as well as IDOC Directives, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Qualifications:

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required.
• Active Independent mental health professional license Illinois: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC or LSW required.
• Must maintain current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR/AED certification.
• Minimum of two years' experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
