Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional – Community Services to provide targeted case management and rehabilitative services to youth with serious emotional disturbances and their families. The Qualified Mental Health Professional – Community Services (QMHP-CS) is responsible for providing Targeted Case Management and Rehabilitative Services to youth with serious emotional disturbances and their families.
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance coverage.
