Silver Birch Living in Muncie, IN, is seeking a compassionate QMA to join the Clinical Team and support residents with health, safety, and daily care needs, including medications and personal care.

You will document care, respond to call lights, and collaborate with Wellness staff to maintain high-quality resident support in a caring environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current QMA certification in good standing.
• Insulin certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Comfort using electronic documentation systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily care needs, including ADLs, following individualized care plans.
• Administer, monitor, and document medications and treatments as directed, within your scope of practice.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the Wellness Nurse and clinical team.
• Document care and services accurately in the electronic health record.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members.
• Work closely with the Wellness team to support overall clinical operations and resident needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma or GED
• Prior healthcare or senior living experience is helpful
• A current QMA certification in good standing
• Insulin certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Ability to maintain required training and certifications
• A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
• Comfort using electronic documentation systems
