You will support residents’ health, safety, and daily care needs by assisting with medications and personal care, ensuring residents feel cared for, respected, and supported each day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current QMA certification in good standing.
• Insulin certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to maintain required training and certifications.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Experience in healthcare or senior living is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and daily care per care plans.
• Administer, monitor, and document medications as directed.
• Observe residents and report changes to Wellness Nurse.
• Document care in the electronic health record.
• Respond to call lights and resident requests.
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents, families, and team.
• Support clinical operations with Wellness team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist residents with daily care needs, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), following individualized care plans
• Administer, monitor, and document medications and treatments as directed, within your scope of practice
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the Wellness Nurse and clinical team
• Document care and services accurately in the electronic health record
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members
• Work closely with the Wellness team to support overall clinical operations and resident needs

What We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma or GED
• Prior healthcare or senior living experience is helpful
• A current QMA certification in good standing
• Insulin certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Ability to maintain required training and certifications
• A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
• Comfort using electronic documentation systems
