Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Anderson, IN is seeking a Part Time QMA to provide individualized care at Sweet Galilee at the Wigwam. The role emphasizes resident-centered care, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development.

As a QMA, you will report health changes to the clinical team, interact compassionately with residents and families, and uphold dignity and respect in all interactions. Part-time hours and competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
