Reflections Retirement Community in Columbus, IN is looking for compassionate caregivers to deliver exceptional care as per resident care plans. This full-time position involves engaging with residents and families to create positive experiences while reporting health changes to the clinical team.

Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $21.50 - $22.00 Hourly

Job Shift: 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
