Job summary

Gardant Management Solutions is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide to deliver individualized resident care in Columbus, Indiana. You will follow care plans, report health changes to the clinical team, and engage with residents and families with compassion and respect.

You will have opportunities for ongoing learning through seminars, staff meetings, and other educational experiences, while ensuring confidentiality and privacy of resident information. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold QMA certification in Indiana.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, individualized care according to each resident’s care plan.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate, impactful manner.
• Participate in ongoing education through seminars and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
