Job summary

Vivera Senior Living of Columbus in Columbus, IN is seeking a Full-Time Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) for the 2nd shift to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and Indiana QMA certification, plus excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work with residents and families to ensure dignity and quality care, with ongoing learning opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team

• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
