Glass Peaks Senior Living in Toledo, OH is hiring for a Full-Time QMA caregiver at $22/hour. You will deliver individualized care per each resident's care plan and support the clinical team with timely health status reports.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
