Glass Peaks Senior Living in Toledo, OH is seeking a Full-Time QMA-certified caregiver to deliver individualized resident care per care plans.

Responsibilities include reporting health changes to the clinical team, connecting with residents and families with compassion, and participating in ongoing education through seminars and staff meetings. Compliance with privacy rules is essential, and other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must hold QMA certification in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
