Position Details

Rates: $20.00 - $25.00based on experience

Shifts Available:

• 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM(Night Shift)

• Full-time, Part-time, and PRN

• Other shifts may be available upon discussion

Key Responsibilities

As a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA), you will:

• Verify the identity of patients receiving medication and accurately record the drug name, dosage, and administration time.

• Administer prescribed medications, observe ingestion or application, and ensure proper documentation.

• Monitor patient responses to medications, take vital signs, and report unexpected reactions to designated personnel.

• Document reasons for any missed medication doses.

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting during examinations or treatments.

• Manage medication supplies by receiving, mixing, and assembling drugs for patient administration.

• Record and restock medication inventories as needed.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approvedCertified Nurse Assistant (CNA)program.

• Completion ofQualified Medication Aide (QMA)designation requirements.
