Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide for Heritage Park on days and evenings to support residents’ well-being. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and staff while delivering compassionate medication assistance and care.

Applicants should hold an Indiana QMA license and complete an approved medication administration training, with a strong focus on teamwork and CARE values. Join a supportive team committed to excellent senior care.

Qualifications

As a Qualified Medication Aide, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our QMAs utilize their skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
  • Indiana QMA license.
  • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
