Job summary

Dyer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center seeks qualified Medication Aides (QMA) for full-time and part-time evening/night shifts. You will assist residents with preparing and administering medications, observe and document changes, and support daily living activities.

The role requires Indiana QMA certification, teamwork with the nursing staff, and availability on some weekends and holidays. We offer medical, vision, dental, daily pay, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with preparing and administering medications ordered by the physician.

Observe residents functioning, maintain written records of observations, and report any changes.

Provide personal care services of residents and assistance in all activities of daily living as needed.

Answer medical alert calls in a prompt and polite manner.

This position requires the following:

• Indiana QMA certification
• Familiar with all responsibilities of the QMA role
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays.
• Will work in collaboration with the nursing team.
