Qualifications

• Indiana QMA certification is required.
• Familiar with responsibilities of the QMA role.
• Able to work some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with preparing and administering medications ordered by the physician.
• Observe residents functioning, maintain written records of observations, and report any changes.
• Provide personal care services of residents and assistance in daily living activities as needed.
• Answer medical alert calls promptly and politely.
