At Misericordia, Case Managers / Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professionals (QIDPs) do much more than coordinate services. You build relationships, develop individualized programs, support personal goals, and help residents live active, fulfilling lives with as much independence as possible.
As a QIDP, you will work closely with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team of professionals to understand each resident's needs, interests, and goals.
