Job summary

SRE Engineering D.P.C. is seeking a Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI) to perform FISP facade inspections in New York City on a part-time, per-building basis. A NYS-licensed Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is required, along with seven years of relevant experience on tall buildings.

The role supports field coordination, access, and filing, ensuring compliance with Local Law 11. You will work with building owners, coordinate schedules, and prepare detailed FISP reports for NYC

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of facade inspection experience on buildings taller than six stories.
• Experience preparing and filing FISP reports with NYC Department of Buildings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA/QC facade inspections for FISP program on NYC buildings.
• Assist with field access and filing of inspection reports.
