Job summary

Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a qualified Dental Nurse to join Northfield Dental Practice in Kettering. You will support dentists across a range of procedures, manage instruments, and uphold infection control standards while delivering compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse.
• Confident and professional communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a clinical environment, including procedures with blood or surgical treatments.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials.
• Uphold high standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness.
• Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks.
• Promote and advise patients on oral health and dental care products.
• Play an important role in creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for patients and the team.
