Overview:
Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Job Description Summary:
Promotes mental health and well-being by providing prevention and intervention strategies to youth and families in primary care clinics. Provides brief interventions for mild symptoms of common mental health problems under the supervision of a licensed clinician including coordinating and supporting the behavioral healthcare needs of patients requiring higher levels of care.Job Description:
Essential Functions:High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy. Must pass motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications, and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
QBHS certification to be obtained post-hire, required.
Three years of relevant experience, preferred.
