Job summary

Circle K in Gautier, MS is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and uphold brand standards. You will coach team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage cash and inventory while maintaining compliance with health regulations.

The RAM collaborates with the RM to drive profitability, trains new staff, and ensures a safe environment for guests and employees. Full-time position with day and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by housekeeping duties and assigns shift duties.
• Directs team and ensures compliance with health regulations and brand guidelines.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory; completes shift paperwork and communicates discrepancies.
• In RM absence, completes daily/weekly/end-of-period paperwork and orders.
