Wendy's is seeking a QSR District Manager to oversee operations across multiple Sherman-area restaurants. You will lead General Managers and Shift Leaders, drive guest satisfaction, and manage budgets while ensuring brand standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at multiple restaurants ensuring operational excellence and brand compliance
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and staffing

• Recruit, train, and develop General Managers and Shift Leaders to build a high-performance team

• Provide clear communication between franchise leadership and restaurant teams with regular updates and reports

Desired Experience & Education

• Strong background in restaurant operations, food safety, labor management, and P&L oversight
• Proven ability to coach and develop management teams effectively
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between multiple restaurant locations
