Job summary

Four Oaks Family And Childrens Services is seeking a Residential Therapist for our QRTP program in Independence, IA. You will assess and treat therapeutic needs and collaborate with the treatment team to guide clients from admission to discharge.

You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy, while receiving supervision and opportunities toward full licensure. A master’s degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SW, MH Counseling, or MFT is required.
• Eligible licenses include LMSW, LISW, LMHC, tLMHC, LMFT or tLMFT.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat therapeutic needs for clients in QRTP.
• Provide mental health services and work with case professionals for clinical direction.
• Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, and individual/family/group therapy.
