Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to support distribution services in the US. The role involves verifying transportation data, updating systems, tracking fleet activity, and preparing dispatch and related documents.

A high school diploma is required, with 2+ years in warehouse or related fields, and CSCP certification preferred. The position offers a full-time shift from Wednesday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to the end of the shift, with starting pay at $21.26 plus applicable

• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control or related field.
• CSCP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of fleet operations administration and transportation support processes.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, shipment processing, and inventory movement.
• Knowledge of logistics documentation, transaction controls, and operational record maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.
• Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.
• Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.
• Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.
• Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.
• Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity.
