Job summary

Cencora is seeking a quality-focused professional to support our AmerisourceBergen distribution services in the United States. The role runs Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm and pays $25.00 per hour.

You will handle controlled quality documents, CAPA milestones, and audit readiness, contributing to overall compliance and data integrity. Required is a High School Diploma/GED with an associate degree in business or quality, or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quality assurance, quality control, compliance, or related field
• CQIA or equivalent preferred
• ISO 9001 related certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinates tracing, circulating, and filing of controlled quality documents to maintain the enterprise quality management system.
• Traces CAPA milestones and remediation tasks with staff for timely compliance timelines.
• Compiles routine audit readiness materials and logistical arrangements for inspections.
• Enters daily data and validates quality metrics in databases for reporting accuracy.
• Resolves standard quality admin inquiries to maintain day-to-day operations.
• Coordinates communication between operations and quality management for training and compliance tracing.

This role is in support of Cencora‘s distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift Details

Pay Details

Responsibility

• Coordinates the tracing, circulating, and filing of controlled quality documents to preserve accurate maintenance of the enterprise quality management system.
• Traces corrective and preventive action (CAPA) milestones and remediation tasks to collaborate with professional staff in recording critical compliance timelines.
• Compiles routine audit readiness materials and logistical arrangements to reinforce seamless internal and external inspection activities.
• Enters daily data and checks routine validation of quality metrics within established databases to guard reporting accuracy and traceability.
• Resolves standard administrative quality inquiries and workflow interruptions to preserve day-to-day operational continuity across the department.
• Coordinates communication between operational teams and quality management to reinforce the timely exercises and tracing of required compliance training.

Education

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Associate‘s degree in business administration, quality, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

Work Experience

3+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, compliance, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, or a related field required. Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) or equivalent preferred. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent certification preferred.

Salary Range

Salary Range* $52,000 - 81,620 *This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
