Job summary

The Children’s Cabinet, Inc. is seeking a QRIS Inclusive Education Coach to train and observe QRIS coaches, support sites with special needs, and partner with community programs within the Nevada system.

The role emphasizes on-site training, data management, and collaboration with SEED department services. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field, with extensive ECE experience and a Nevada Registry trainer qualification.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERS and best practices in early education
• Understanding licensing requirements for child care
• Ability to use adult learning techniques and provide technical assistance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases

Responsibilities

• Understand agency mission and contribute to goals
• Read and apply agency policies and procedures
• Deliver Nevada Registry approved trainings
• Provide on-site support to QRIS coaching programs
• Develop quality improvement plans based on ERS scores
• Collaborate with other early childhood agencies to coordinate services
• Maintain provider files and generate reports
• Create onboarding content for coaches within 6–12 months
• Support administration with inclusion resources and screening tools
• Create field stories and newsletters with program partners
