Job summary

The Children’s Cabinet in the United States is seeking a QRIS Inclusive Education Coach to support QRIS coaches with on-site training, observation, shadowing, and guidance in inclusive education practices.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field, plus experience with ERS/ECERS/ITERS/FCCERS and Nevada Registry trainer qualifications. Travel and weekend/evening work required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERS/ECERS/ITERS/FCCERS and licensing rules.
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field; special education background preferred.
• Experience with coaching and technical assistance in early childhood.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and on-site support to QRIS coaches.
• Analyze ERS assessments to identify strengths and improvement areas.
• Develop quality-improvement plans based on ERS scores.
• Deliver Nevada Registry approved trainings and maintain records.
• Travel for on-site coaching and collaborate with community partners.
